Prestige - 82-BLK Aneroid Sphygmomanometer with Black Cuff

I bought this when I received my EMT certification. Worked fine throughout my years in the field. No complaints from me.

The instrument arrived out of calibration. Since the same problem was noticed by a couple of other reviewers I presume this indicates problems with quality control. I will update the review if the warranty claim succeeds and is sufficiently painless (otherwise I will simply return it).

I bought one at a medical supply store. Within two days, the pin that holds the clip fell out... Leaving me unable to clip guage to the cuff. I took it back and they replaced the guage. As i went to use it the first time with the replacement guage, the same pin fell out! Would not buy one again. I am a hospice nurse and used my last cuff for quite awhile.

He loved it! No poblems at all. So far, so good. Will update if any thing breaks/wears down at an alarming rate.

This works perfectly for me to practice with before skills check off and clinical. I'm working on my BSN and I even checked with my professors who said it was perfect for what I needed.

I got this quite excited for my medical class, and the fantastic deal I thought I was getting. Unfortunately it was too good to be true. After it was assembled, and tested. The gauge wouldn't fall under 100 mmhg. To be able to do that it is critical that this functions perfectly to take vitals. Also, I was upset with this product because the gauge lens was scratched all to heck. It looks like someone took a razor and jacked up the surface of the lens. I thought this was supposed to be a brand new item? I am mortified over their quality of blood pressure cuffs. I would not recommend buying this!

I am a pharmacy student learning to take manual BP. This cuff works great and comes with a little bag to hold all of the parts.

My daughter is using this during her EMT certification. It's well made and easy to use. She has been very pleased with it.
