Klaire Labs Hepatothera Forte - Intensive Liver Detox Support Complex with Milk Thistle, NAC & Selenium (90 Capsules)

Unfortunately, when Klaire Labs took over Prothera, they changed the formulation of this product. They halved the amount of selenium (from 135 mcg to 67mcg: sixty-seven micrograms!). To give you an idea of how little that is, most selenium supplements contain 200 mcg of selenium. In other words, the amount of selenium is only 1/3 of what you would find in a typical selenium supplement.(They have also introduced a small amount of calcium in the form of calcium carbonate: 15 mg - which is only one percent of the Daily Value - and it's in a form that is very poorly absorbed by the body - so it's not at all clear why they included it.)However -- even though I am disappointed in the change in formulation -- this is still a good product, produced by a reputable lab. So I'm giving it 4 stars.

Very happy with the ingredients and dosages. Saved me trying to buy multiple supplements. This should be good daily detox for those wanting to stay ahead of that and key ingredients for long-term health.
