Q: I ordered this doll for my daughter for Christmas and it only came with one shoe. Can I get a replacement shoe?

My son got this for his daughter...my granddaughter. I assume her doll came with all the accessories. The only thing I can advise is to contact the seller and tell them your problem. They will usually try to remedy things by replacing the doll with another. Can't hurt to ask, as you should get what you pay for!

Q: Can Lottie dolls bend their knees to sit?

Yes, although not fully. I'm guessing they bend about 25 degrees at the knee. Mine will sit on a shelf with legs bent down over the edge. These are very cute dolls, nicely made. My granddaughters (3, 5 and 9 yrs) like them although the little girls have trouble dressing them by themselves, due to the snug fit of the clothing.

Q: where what country is this product made in?

I am not sure if this helps but I got this from their web site The dolls are manufactured in ICTI approved factories in China. Warehouse facilities in USA Canada UK and China. The company is based in Donegal on the North West coast of Ireland. Hope this helps.
