They loved this story very much
I bought it for my children. They loved this story very much. This book created them the interest in knowing more stories from the Mahabharata. The graphics is very good and the print and paper quality is excellent. The narration of Ms Saraswathi Nagpal is in feminist approach and my daughter enjoyed it a lot.

An interesting read
This is a good book for lovers of mythology. The graphic illustrations of the book really bring into life the many intriguing characters of the story. Key points in the story are clear and concise. You feel a correlation with every character in the story. It being a graphic novel makes it much easier and more lively to read.

Great Book, worth your while!!
Firstly I was blown away by the artwork and illustrations. Seems to be a very well researched book and possesses a certain feminine touch. The book gave a pretty distinct and hardly seen version of the Mahabharata war and the kuru family through Draupadi's eyes. The lay-outing and composition is done beautifully. The coloring and rendering creates a beautiful and a majestic backdrop. The best part is unlike many other Indian Graphic novels, the characters seem more Indian rather than Caucasian.Nice piece from Campfire comics!!

Enthralling story of Draupadi.
The book is all about the Mahabharata from Draupadi's perspective. It tells you a great tale in a great way which is well written and well picturised.

Saraswati Nagpal has done a great job. The style of storytelling is brilliant
The Mahabharata is the biggest of all the epics of the world. There are a lot of characters & everyone has a story to tell. Each character has a reason & you can not ignore their relation. So it's quite a tough job to tell the entire story from Draupadi's point of view & illustrate it within 111 pages. Saraswati Nagpal has done a great job. The style of storytelling is brilliant. But the graphics are not too good as I expected. Paper quality is good. Why 'Draupadi'?Draupadi is the character of an age called Dwapara Yuga. Her love, affection, sacrifice...... have been enchanting us for more than 5000 years. Whatever we will learn have the applicability in these days. Her story is still relevant today.
