My Favorite Stapler
The New York Times, coincidentally, just ran an article about staplers and the people who love them. I am picky about office products and it drives me nuts that we get these cheap, lightweight, company-issued staplers (and other office supplies). So I splurge on a few things and my stapler is one of them. I have always liked the heavy, durable Swinglines and have a couple of those. I did some research recently and found this stapler from PaperPro and decided to try it. It is great! Easily the best standard desk stapler I have ever used. I am very happy with the way it works, the ease of use, and the results. I have never had to clear a jam or a bad staple and do not expect to. Very smart design and can staple through more pages than a comparable model from other manufacturers. I almost hate myself for actually knowing that.

Best Stapler I Have Ever Used
This stapler works. I mean it really works. First time, every time. It will really staple 15 sheets without mangling the staple. You won't have to pull the mangled staple back out, tear the paper and try again. It ain't cheap. But it is worth every doggone penny in saved documents and reduced blood pressure. Buy this stapler, engrave your name on it and guard it jealously.

Great Stapler.
This is a great stapler. Very easy to use. Only takes one finger to staple through many papers. I have seen way more expensive staplers in the store. I would say this one is worth it.

I work in a tax office and staple dozens of returns every day. My arthritis made the exercise a painful ordeal until I purchased one of these 8 - 10 years ago. That stapler acted like it was waning, so I VERY quickly ordered another. Turns out the first was fine, so now I have two. LOVE this. No pain. Performs almost flawlessly. Only negative - when the strip of staples gets low, sometimes it will skip. Try it again and it almost always is right back in service. Love this stapler.

A premium stapler at a reasonable price
I work for a government agency and the staplers we get from supply are nearly useless: try and stable more than about 10 pages and they jam constantly. I understand the need not to waste the tax payer’s money with needlessly expensive items, but you ought to be able to spend enough to get an item that works properly and will last. I finally had enough and bought my own and I am now 100% satisfied with the fit, finish, design, and construction of this stapler.

PaperPro Quantuim Stapler
This is an amazing stapler that is very easy to use. It is spring driven so the stapling process requires very little applied force, no matter how thick the stack being stapled. My wife bought me one for a gift and liked it so much she suggested it as a gift for herself. So this was the second one purchased for our family and they continue to amaze us. Shortcomings? Few if any, so far.

Good, But Sometimes A Bit Too Good
This stapler makes short effort of stapling multiple pages together. For more than 5-6 pages it's great because the hand force is effectively zero. For those of us with a touch of arthritis, it makes it a breeze.Where it sometimes comes up short is that the spring mechanism is so strong that, when stapling only 2-3 sheets, the force is great enough that the staple is driven all the way through the top couple of sheets. So, when you fold them over as you read, they come apart. This doesn't happen consistently, but often enough that I sometimes have to staple again.
