Excellent product.Heating power best among other companys' products.I am satisfied on.Before it I bought 2 water heaters from local market of 2 welknown companys one venus another kenstar.But kenstar company's product stopped its function after 1 season.Customer Care Centre of Kenstar is valueless.Venus company's Customer Care is working value for money.They replaced my old water heater heating coil within 2days of my online complaint lodge.

We have been using Venus geysers for decades together. We just wanted to go for a slightly modern one and our obvious choice was Venus. We didn't take too much time before ordering it on Amazon. This is the first time we are ordering something bit heavy. The packing was good and intact.We called the Venus customer care to see whether they do the installation. They said "yes" and is also complementary. They were quick and courteous. So, all is well after a couple of weeks now.

The product was delivered on time. Packing was ok. The box had all the things you will need for installation including pipes, nuts and other things. You have to call Venus customer service and book an appointment for installation. The installation was free. I did not spend a single penny.The 15 litre capacity is adequate for use by one person. The product is working well.

Good quality products, heating time 20 minutes to auto powercut (15 lt.),but 10 minutes is enough hot for my use.Institutions free written but it is not available in my city,so disappointed.
