The media could not be loaded. Its has a perfect balance the temperature did not damage my hair so i was happy the color is pretty white and attractive.Sometimes the back side of dryer the hair can get in and get tangled so need to take care if u have long hair but the dryer is definetly good and reasonable price.The seller did not stamp the warranty card or serial no nothing mention on it.The worst part is Amazon customer care now days they are not trained rude to customers.

Least sound compared to philips in similar price range
Product is easy to use. 3 switches for air circulation.Least noise compared to other brand specially philips.Value for money.

Good drier
Bought it for the Low heat settings(Cool air), air is just warm and does not feel hot...Air flow is constant for all heat settings. It would be good to have 2 air flow settings.

Pathetic packaging from Deals-24x7, There was no privacy on the packaging. Original manufacturer package was entirely visible and received itself naked. Only used a transparent plastic wrapper NOT EVEN A BUBBLE WRAPPER and There was no AMAZON BRANDED PACKAGING.Manufacturer package was already opened and WARRANTY CARD IS MISSING.Only product was undamaged. Overall Pathetic experience & Thumbs down on the seller.Don't buy from Deals-24x7.
