Good on the grill
I use mine to do sides on the grill. My favorite meal in these pans is still bacon and eggs, blackened chicken, and fish. I have a camping set too, they were replaced by these, pre-seasoned pans.

Learning to love lodge
First use tonight - Home made tortillas on the griddle. Used the 10.25” skillet for home made queso and the 12” skillet for chicken fajitas. Seemed made for the job. All spotless after an easy clean!

Not what I expected smaller than I thought

just a note
The description for this item say it is pre-seasoned but it is not. Per the catalog that comes with the set, this is a Natural Finish item that must be seasoned before use. I just received the item (though it says arrival after christmas) and have not seasoned or used it yet, but I have used cast iron for years before and they are great if seasoning is maintained maintained maintained! (Why the new one you ask? I have always used my mothers so I finally purchased my own.)
