Nice bag

Bag is fine but the buckle to increase and decrease the length is placed in the wrong side. Ideally when u sling it across the shoulder, the buckle should come at the back. Right now it is coming to the front. This is something I don't liked. Other than that the bag is good.

Just received.Haven't used it yet. Denim material tends to look crumpled butotherwise light in weight to carry while travelling specially for senior citizens. Hoping it serves its purpose and materialdoesn't crumple further after use. Can it be exchanged for a similar better item or all are the same.
