This is the best cream I've ever bought. Instantly hydrates my skin.

I have seriously dry, cracked hands that get so bad in the winter they bleed, and I've tried so many hand creams including O'keefe's working hands. This is by far the best, only the intensive one. It's not available in many places so always have to buy online. I'd recommend to anyone with really sore hands!

This hand cream is used by my wife and she states that it is ideal for keeping her hands soft and chap free. She goes out in all sorts of weather to look after her horse and often has her hands in freezing water.
