Not so good, no guide line given, cord is very lengthy

It's good but has only one problem
I have used them for 2 months then the handle detaches from the expander tubes and it's just gone i tried to fix it back but after 3-4 stretch it again detaches.

NEVER BUY!!BROKE IN 1 WEEK!!!!!
I ordered it a week ago, and honestly i will not prefer it to anyone. The resistance band feels like a cheap rubber pipe. It’s non adjustable and have an inappropriate length. I am 5.8 inches and i had problems using it as most of the time it was too long to stretch. I won’t prefer it for the beginner as well. Try different brand.

Not a bad product .
Rubber quality is just ok type not so havy. Plastic ball are not upto the marked. But it's not a bad products it's just ok product. But not bad.
