I ordered two of these, and when my package arrived unforantely one was broken. However, it was extremely easy to exchange. The shipper had it sent to me by the next morning, and allowed me to keep and dispose of the shattered one so I did not have to go through the hassle of shipping it back. Very good customer service. The product is lovely too. Nice colour, very pigmented.
