Pre-Shave Oil by Mountaineer Brand | Reduce Nicks and Irritation for Close Shaving | 2-Ounce (Tea Tree)

This product works well as a preshave, it softens the skin and prevents nicks and cuts. My face feels great after using it. Tea tree is good for antiseptic but is not my favorite scent. I hope the mint or eucalyptus is in stock soon.

OMG this is the best oil in the world. It causes a SMOOTH SHAVE without razor burn and it just feels and smells so good. I will never shave without this ever again. But again we all have different types of skin so what will work with some will not work for others. I have found that when using this and shaving Gel also use plenty of water on the Razor blades don't shake it off, the wetter the face while shaving helps people that suffer from BUMPS razor BUMPS and have bad skin. I always could never shave with out tearing up my face and have acne in my younger years was NOT FUN and I hated shaving, finally I learned to shave in the shower. After I have showered VIP to have a CLEAN HOT WASHED FACE with a STEAM TOWEL for a min. or two. Then you can apply this nice shave oil and then lather up your gel shaving gel really good and make sure you use a warm or hot glass of water to keep the razor blade in while lathering up. This was the trick to a clean healthy looking skin. I do not shake the water off the razor blade I let it go with the blade as I shave. AGAIN every one has different skin.

I like WV made products. The shaving oil worked well. Would buy again.

If you’ve been trying wet shaving with no success, it’s time to give this a try. What a difference it makes during AND after the shave. If you have sensitive skin this stuff is a MUST!!

This is an excellent pre shave. The scent is not overpowering and doesn't smack you in the face with a Euro blast the first thing in the morning. Those pre shaves cost much more and I'm not sure they are as effective. This is a sensible product for purchase during The Plague and hopefully, after.

I have used many shaving oils for my head and no product has come even close to what this does. Total protection against razor burn and a great cooling affect with the peppermint smell. I am truly a satisfied BALD Customer!!

It's not as great as a similar organic oil I purchased before. Actually, it's not even very oily at all. It's quite thin and smells a bit like motor oil mixed with some kind of minty/leafy smell. Not extremely unpleasant, but you'll want to cover it up with some aftershave/cologne/etc.Also, the cap would have been better with a spray/push nozzle instead of pouring it into your hand. I feel like a lot of this product is being wasted on my hand which is immediately washed off.

Was using a premium shave oil at twice the price. My face was still having problems . Ordered this Pre-shave oil to try . Been using now for just a few weeks , great smooth shave and my face is now completely clear. The tea tree oil is a very good antiseptic and keeps your face clear while lubricating for a great shave. You don't need a big amount so this bottle will last a long time. Will definitely buy again .
