my anxiety has got to a level after two years if having to think about every breath!!! The urgency in every thought with the migraines and intensity had taken over.....until this!!!! I can't believe how much this has helped in under two days-ive had a lovely break! I couldn't take it in its own with hot water as I found it too bitter, although the aroma is lovely! Instead I've put a quarter of a teaspoon into my normal tea twice a day! This has been freeing for me after two years of hell!

I am not sure about this product as I used it 3 times in the space of 48 hours and the first thing I noticed was feeling sleepy but not sure so because I am not sure I can only give it 3 stars, maybe I would change it in the future if I get better results.

I give this product 5 stars because it has really helped me, since I started taking it 4 days ago. I feel a lot calmer and my Blood pressure readings are fantastic. I take only half tsp with my cereal in the morning and it does the job. WOW
