If you mean the standard 2.54mm distance between holes: Yes they are.

Is input 110-220vac for the 3vdc output version?

All these modules have an input voltage between 90-264V.

What method do you use to affix a wire to the pins? Seems scary to use the 24g broadboard style jumper wire on them for 120v AC

Those wires work fine. Not enough current going through it to need anything bigger

Bought less than a month and tried one with a laser diode works out pretty well so far. Will see how long it goes. Based on the light condition, it’s pretty steady means the output voltage is steady as well.

Good product for the price, really. Not an instant supply when turned on, takes about a second and slow drain when off if that is an issue for your project. Someone here says is not breadboard friendly. It is, with a small modification. The supply rail of the breadboard is most likely continuous supply of power along the breadboard. You only have to snip the track underneath the bridges like sections on one end of the breadboard the mini power supply will fit perfectly sideways with the dc prongs on each side of the bridge
