These chairs are a great value and well built. Most assembly is done with bolts that mate with threaded inserts. We purchased 2 initially to evaluate the quality and then 4 more once we saw the first two.A couple of assembly tips: use a cordless driver and bit if you have one and wait to put in the three bolts in the back of the seat until all the other fasteners are snugged up. Those three bolts are on the short side but will grab if the seat is tight to the chair back. Very pleased with these chairs. They even shipped FedEx and arrived within just a few days.

Cheaply made.. its best to be used as kindling.Not sturdy..cheap imitation version of true ladder back chairs.Spend your money wisely.. It will cost me almost the price of the chair to return.. and will they actually refund?Highly Doubtful.. after they apply a restock fee..

Wanted a sixth chair to match my set from Walmart. They looked identical, but the quality, weight and finish of this chair far exceeds the chairs I was trying to match! I now plan to replace all my current chairs with these. Beautiful, affordable, easy to assemble.

Solid chair , arrived with a deep scratch and a scuffing of the seat on one side . I'm still deciding if I will keep it , sadly disappointed .

This chair looks nice is probably good for moderate to low use, not made for commercial or high volume use.

The chairs arrived about 5 days after my order. All the parts intact. Pretty easy to assemble. No special tools. Look exactly like the picture. The black is flat not shiny (good because I wanted flat). A nice chair for the price. Very sturdy.

These chairs are perfect. Study, pretty, classic.Great price for what you get.

Got two of these to add to our collection of ladder back chairs. Easy to build and seem to be very strong. Looks great too
