I'm in love. What a fantastic piece of equipment. The first time I used it, I noticed peeling and my skin was glowing. The second time I used it, I noticed a dramatic decrease in my acne scarring. Dr. Pen did in two uses what it took my derma-roller one year to do. I love it and I will use it for the rest of my life.

I was debating on whether or not to see a professional to have microneedling done but I decided to purchase this product instead and I absolutely love it!! I have only used it once at about .25mm and noticed my skin is tighter, and texture already feels smoother. I do recommend purchasing a numbing cream if you plan on going bigger than .50mm because I thought pain tolerance was high.

Get it! I love it used it 3 times for acne scarring. and my skin just keeps getting better. About 2 weeks after first use. I was like wow this is working. Realistically I’d say my scarring is 40-50% improved. Get a good aha w/ vC. When using and a mid range egf for after.

The idea of this product was great and I had really high hopes. I have hyperpigmentation from my acne, which I know Micro needling helps so I figured Dr. PEn Ultima M5 Would be a great alternative compared to the expensive ones at the dermatologist office. The first thing I wasn't happy with was that it came with one 12 needle head and like 4 nanos, I will never use the nanos, and the second thing that I did not like was that this pen drags really bad, I used a Moisturizer while using the pen. Now I'm fighting hyperpigmentation as well and the scars from the bragging of the pen. I would not recommend this product.

Love, love this little pen. Very attractive design, comfortable fit in the hand, and great quality. I’ve used a higher end, way more expensive brand and the Dr. Pen is just as sleek and sturdy. I Love-Love the color as well. It’s just Beautiful.
