initial and replacement order missing part
My initial order was missing the plastic part that goes between the spigot and the outside wall. A replacement was sent with no problems expect that the piece was missing from that one too. I gave up and just installed it. Works just fine.

Missing wall seal
For the price of these they should not arrive missing parts. I may have gotten the odd one which was missing the wall seal, however others have mentioned this also. If it isn't included for a "wall mounted spigot" take it off the picture and let customers know in the product description.

It is replacing a Nibco one that is 5 inch ...
It is replacing a Nibco one that is 5 inch total.and of course they all have to have different sizes meaning this is 4 and a half inches and it won't reach. So what should be a simple job of screwing it in. Is now turning into a pain in the balls because it doesn't reach so now have to go looking for fittings and adapters.

Perfect for my outdoor hot/cold shower lines...
After installing two of these in my home and turning on the water they both turn themselves on with water pressure and flow wide open. After shutting them off they both kept opening. Needless to say I was pretty frustrated but I called customer service the next morning and they told me to try taking off the handle and tighten the friction washer behind it. Both are now perfect. I'm happy with the purchase now and like the fact they are made in the USA with support that is fast and helpful.
