Workmanship
Received fine. Main mounting thread (1/4-20) was tapped so large I had to drill and tap for a helicoil to make it strong enough. Otherwise would wind up stripping the thread. Other than that, was fine

Flimsy POS!
This should not be sold for an automobile! This should be for a toy. The flimsy swivel has ruined my bumper's paint-job and has left numerous scratches/chips. It is impossible to tighten the screw which attaches to plate w/out removing entire plate- whoch doesnt matter anyway- as the 1 screw attachment is not worth anything. It will come loose with the 1st bump. Lousy product
