Gifted this item to my nephews 3rd bday, assembled it right away after he opened it with the help of his mom and dad, wasn't at all difficult to assemble the only thing we had an issue was one of the stickers (there are only 3 I think) we had no clue where I went to, but overall product is well made.

My grandson (4 yrs old) loved this set!! All the way down to the tool belt! His favorite thing was the battery operated drill with changeable drill bits 😃 and the little light he loved as well. It’s very sturdy construction and pretty easy to put together (if this grandma can do it you can) however, Be forewarned that the screw drivers are ACTUAL tools and may not be suitable for small kidsOtherwise it was a great gift and I’m glad we purchased it

I bought this for my licensed daycare. The kids are going to love it. Very easy to assemble which surprised me since the instructions made it look difficult. I was a little disappointed in the material used for building project. It is like this foamy sponge stuff and I know it will never hold up. I wish Step 2 would have used wood or even a tough plastic. (you can go to Step 2 website and buy more building projects) We are going to just buy some pre-cut wood blocks and drill holes in them so the kids can install the plastic bolts and nuts in something. The little tools are so cute and they will love the flashlight. All in all....as always very pleased with Step 2 and Amazon.

Step 2 has always been made to last, this is 110% better to buy rather then the home depot or black and decker brand ones. This one is just stronger. Bought it for my nephew who turned two him and my 1 year old play with it all the time when together. The best thing about this is they can grow into to. There are pieces to put together a drill amd flashlight that actually work!

I really like this little work bench. I read many reviews on other brands and this one really has a lot of realistic, but safe accessories. It's for 3 and up, but I could see a 18 month to 2 year old playing with most of the accessories (put the smaller and more pokey pieces away until later). It's made really well and does require assembly, but worth it. The "wooden" pieces are made of a stiff spongy material making it safe and smooth for little hands. The light and "cordless" drill require batteries. I gave it only 4 stars for three reasons. The center drawer only comes out 1/3 of the way before it falls right out (see photo). There are far fewer "wood" pieces than the ad photos show. The photos make it look like the bottom storage is loaded up *and* in addition to what is on the work bench. It's not that much, only what's needed to make the dump truck. Finally, the hooks used for tools in the peg board slant downward slightly so the tools don't always stay on. I'm sure my grandson won't notice, but as a consumer, I did. Either way, I still think it's a good product and would recommend!

It was a great gift. But the 9-1⅞" screws were not in the box with all the other parts listed. My husband had to go to Home Depot and purchase some near the proper size to put it together. The parts that looks like wood is foam. But the grandsons love it. We are still glad we purchased it. A great gift for the grands.

Awesome product! My son LOVES it, this was one of his “big” Christmas gifts and it didn’t disappoint! Will definitely order more tools for him to have on it. He is 2’5 and a year in a half old for work bench height reference

This tool bench is perfect for my son! We bought when he was 18 months old and he’s now just over 2! He loves it and all of the tools that come with it! The only thing is, I wish it came with more “wood projects” other than only the truck! He still loves taking the truck apart and putting it together but I wish there were more! Overall great product!
