Returned - wrong sized connector
As per the headline - could not actually use this, so gave it a "middling" rating

My charger needs 5.5*2.5mm as described, but it’s too large

My son bought this charger in error, and would very much like to exchange for the correct type. I know we missed the window, but it’s been sitting in it’s packaging, forgotten about. I was wondering if there is any possibility that you might consider exchanging this item for us please. Thanks in anticipation.

Brilliant replacement
I bought this for my ASUS laptop as mine got damaged, arrived the same day and works perfectly. The cable is a bit shorter than the original but doesn’t affect me, and the power box thing is smaller too. Can’t fault
