Excellent quality volleyball system. Heavy duty!
High quality volleyball set. The only thing that would make this set up better would be better directions for installing the net. It has very simple directions and pics. We also purchased ground sleeves to make the poles removable. We are very happy with our purchase. Free shipping helped make our decision. Box was broken upon delivery, but it was still in excellent condition.

Poles had holes in different places
The upper poles were not the same. One had a hold 2 inches from the top and the other is about 6 inches from the top. Completely threw off the leveling of the net. Had to go get a drill and drill new holes.

Quality set with a few nuances
The aluminum posts are what makes this a truly quality set. You can tighten the steel cables between them to straighten net pretty well. Although, at maximum tightness, I still found about a 1” lower difference from outside of net. The plastic coating on steel cables gets torn where cables stretch across eye bolts. I’m already seeing rust at those points just after a few weeks of use, but not a show stopper. Last point I want to make is that the directions for hole depth don’t match regulation men’s and women’s net height. I ended up measuring 7’ 11 5/8” from top hole (men’s height) to a point on post. I wrapped a piece of electrical tape to make a line. I then used that line as my gauge for precise hole depth. System was pricey, but I have no buyer’s remorse.

Questionable overall durability...
Before I get started... I highly recommend buying the optional sleeves if you are looking to make this a removable set up. The 4" PVC you buy at hardware stores do not work! They are too tight and the telescoping poles will get stuck in them. Thankfully, we tried the 4" PVC pipes before setting them in concrete.Initially, this volleyball net set would have been a 4.5 star review. It appeared to be constructed very well and the parts felt very durable. Installation of the telescoping poles is very simple as long as you purchase the Park & Sun optional sleeves. Putting it together is a little bit more difficult; the directions included are not very clear. While it is relatively easy to figure out, this is where we ran into issues. The first issue we ran into is the length of the supporting cable. It was too long to run it as the diagram suggests and the ratcheting system to tighten the cable cannot be shortened enough to provide the tightness that we want in the net. So we had to run the cable through one of the loops and then looped it around to attach to the attachment on the post. Even with this set up, there was still too much slack. We've tried different configurations, but none of them provide the desired net tension. The only other option would be to cut the cable.Second issue is with the cable itself. It is coated with a thick plastic, to help increase the durability of the cable and to prevent the metal core from rusting. We have had it set up for a little over a month, and already the plastic is shedding from the cable. It was as if the cable was not designed for being tight on the poles. There is already some rust forming on the metal core, which I'm assuming will just get worse as the summer progresses. Obviously, this can be easily replaced, but why would they provide such a poor quality cable for something that costs well over $600?Next are the poles themselves. We installed as directed, including the proper depth and amount of concrete. Unless we have the net very loose, the poles are not straight. The amount of tension to keep the net in the preferable range of play causes the poles to bend inward at their point of telescoping. So there is a slight curvature to them. The biggest overall issue we have is the cable. I wish it were better quality and more durable. After one month, this cable should not have degraded so much. We probably will keep the net a bit more loose to prevent the poles from warping permanently. Time will tell how this net survives the summer and play.UPDATE: One year later and the steel wire is super rusted and the plastic is really frayed. A replacement net set is probably in order, but no way am I buying from this manufacturer again.

Did not receive what was described in description details!
Bought for my daughter’s birthday and did not receive what’s described in the details. The 2 piece poles do not have a push button locking system for height adjustment and am missing the bolts to place in the holes. Did not receive the s hooks, eyebolts, nor the lever ratchet tightening belt. No equipment bag and no web boundaries with anchors! Only received the poles and net with no hardware!!Updated review...Called Amazon and they shipped a replacement. All items were present. Changed rating from 1 star to a 4 star. Thank you.
