Wouldn’t buy again. Cartridge is predominately plastic and so is puller. Puller barely got cartridge out, won’t be able to use it again due to plastic parts breaking away. Do yourself a favor, go to Lowes and buy Brass cartridge ($19) and Metal puller ($13) and have much better results and a tool for the next time!!! (Instead of this disposable tool!!!)

I am revising my original review for the following reason:While the item failed, the customer service ProPartsPlus provided was outstanding.Within an hour of my sending email via Amazon, I had a response witch included a full refund...they understand that part is necessary for using the faucet. I will continue to see if their products they sell are a fit for my needs. We have had other items from them that were not a problem.

Cartridge was junk.Leaked really bad.Don't purchase this.Go to home depo or lowes.Don't waste your money.

The plastic spindle within the core that adjusts hot or cold water supply snapped causing constant leakage after a month of use. The original had a metal spindle. Fortunately, I saved the original and fixed it by swapping o-rings.It's junk. The PULLER worked well at least.

Kit worked just fine. The old cartridge can be difficult to remove and the tool with the kit works. You can grab it with channel locks etc, but without standing on the counter to pull up it is very difficult to remove. New cartridge does not leak and operates smoothly.

I did not receive everything I was supposed to. Please read the return and ship the other parts!! Thanks

I ordered the cartridge kit because it was advertised it came with the cartridge puller tool and clips. All I recurved was the cartridge. No tool. No clips. Rip off!

The black puller that is in the picture and advertised does not come with the item, you get a little square plastic thing they call a "tool," that stripped. I had to make a trip to Lowes anyway and spend the money again to get the actual puller to get the job done. Very disappointed in this seller.
