Pros: I mean, this stuff WORKS. For us, anyway.Cons: Any liquid with simethicone (active ingredient in Gas-X) would probably do. Check prices for the best deal, as they fluctuate. There's no solid scientific evidence that simethicone actually works, but a 2017 study showed that 94% of parents who used it agree that it helped.Bottom line: Simethicone supposedly works by breaking the surface tension of gas bubbles in the baby's belly so they all turn into one big bubble, making them more likely to pop. I'm a veterinarian and this is roughly identical to what we do for bloated horses and cows. Works great for my newborn, too.

I would recommend this for colic and gas it's excellent
I tried several products to help my baby with gas and colic and nothing seem to work. I tired infacol and it worked wonders for baby almost instantly, we noticed a difference within the same day, baby was more settled, I would recommend this for colic and gas it's excellent, I don't know what I would of done without this. The only problem is that the bottle is extremely small and doesn't last long at all, however it's an excellent product.

It works! The only gas drops that worked with our son. It has double the concentration of simethicone at a very good price. All his night bottles has gas drops so it gets pricey pretty quick. This made it more sustainable for us.

If you haven't used infacol for your babies you need to. It is an absolute godsend for colicky babies and when they start using it you see a massive reduction in their discomfort

Provided same day relief for a baby with gas. After using it for 6 weeks or so we tried to take her off of it (twice), both times gas symptoms returned. YMMV
