Good product with definite room for improvement. Discrete packaging yes--but literally NOTHING in the package except the product itself. I am reasonably good with tools so I was able to figure out how to put it together, but I really wish there had been some written instructions, especially to provide guidance on how this should fit. It took more than a week of tinkering (adjusting, trying, needs adjusted again) before I got it adjusted well enough to be able to wear it for more than a few minutes (less than an hour or two).Feels very secure (though could be cut off if necessary in case of emergency). However, I cannot wear it for three days straight because the back (around hole for poop) chafes terribly. I keep it lubricated with vegetable oil, which helps, but by the third day the places the outer edge rubs are too sore to wear without severe discomfort. I tried to push this limit and found that the soreness lasted for more than a day after I took it off.Concluding thoughts: Excellent for limited duration play (less than 3 days). Not noticeable under normal clothing. Really wish something could be done to fix the soreness/chafing problem making this feasible for long(er) term wear.
