This is by far the best case I have ever owned in my life. I'm someone who is pretty clumsy and hard on their electronics so I needed something me-proof but I didn't want it to be ugly like the good ones usually are. I've gotten so many compliments on it because not only is it so great at protecting my phone but it's also super cute! In the past I've always had to sacrifice functionality for something aesthetically pleasing and vice versa but not with this! I really couldn't be more happy with it. And I love the the little strap that comes with it which was a pleasant surprise when I received it as I wasn't even aware of it when I purchased but it's so dang convenient! Because of the strap I never really even drop it to begin with. The only thing I will say about this case is to make sure u keep the little screws tight. After about 3 months or so of having this case on I noticed two of the screws came out and got lost but thankfully they sent 3 replacements with the case! I think they were lose to begin with so it was my own fault and checking screws is something u should do with any product so i dont fault the company or think it was faulty in any way. I'm just so appreciative they sent me extras. But it is something to be mindful about so dont forget to check periodically because I don't even know where u could buy screws small enough to fit this case. The price point for a case of this quality is also impressive. Knowing how great it works now I'm actually surprised it didn't cost more! All in all I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and highly recommend.

Story Time. I was working with Incident Command after a tornado in our little township this weekend. I was crossing a roadway to deliver supplies and fuel cards. The phone fell from the holster on the ATV and hit the road. Trucks hauling brush and trees ran it over. 2 semi trucks. This case.kept it from being completely flattened and the phone still turned on and rang. The screen was ruined, but what was perfect is that it saved the important insides to plug into a new phone body and I had a new phone in my hands within 3 hours, thanks to the Township Supervisor running to town to the phone shop. I didnt miss a beat, and thankful for that during this hard time. I will be getting another one. Today. Yes, its heavy and wide, but saved my phone. I wonder if there is a warranty?

I love the case, but I've only had it less than a month and 6 out of the 8 screws have already fallen out and when I noticed it I was about to lose the 2 remaining screws! Something is not right with the design for them to backout so easily. 3 extra screws comes in the original package, but I'm still missing 3 screws. Not only do I need replacement screws, but they need to provide lockwashers so they don't back out. Otherwise you have an amazing product.

The rubber part of case this time is defective. On the right side where on off button is located in Galaxy note 9 phone does not work. I had them send 2 cases and neither operates correctly. Once installed one usevof button is all you get. After that it wouldn't work to turn phone on and off.I used my previous one from old case and it now works. I love this brand which is why after 4 years of use I chose to get a new version simply because I wore it out.

its a great product no so bad, its hevy weight but thats make my phone secure to no break its one of the best case i broght it i try hundreds and expensive one but this one is the one. recomended. a the first time i look my phone look fat and big but i was wondering i feel my phone is protected and secure its come with a glass front protector respond very nice but only one little problem when i try to slide down upper corner the brightness in my iphone the metal part its a little be dificult to slide down i can slider but i need to try like 2 o 3 times but its ok the buttoms works great and the touch screen good. by the way the silent buttom up and down was a great feature idea. nice job. really satisfied with the product.

This was by far the most durable case I've ever tried,but The Wireless charging DID NOT WORK, and the power button would not release despite several attempts to adjust. The case kept too much pressure on the power button so it kept tying to power down. Also, when I was able to push past the power button issue, the edge of the screen was affected by the rubber edge of the case; so the phone was constantly responding as if I had 2 or 3 extra fingers constantly touching the screen. No good as is. But i seriously hope they fix this list of issues because it was by far the best case design I'd ever seen for durability as well as accessibilitytothewhole phone.
