Decorative Energy Saving Dalmatian Dog with Lantern Solar Light

This is a great addition to our water garden. Although the light output is very low, it is a cute ornamental piece that is noticed during daylight and in the evening. One caution is that it is very light and can be knocked over with high winds. Also, condensation builds up inside the lantern after rainfall, but does not affect the operation of the light. I would recommend this product.

This product arrived in good condition, but had no instructions with it at all. Now, we figured it couldn't be very complex to use, but we couldn't get it to turn on at night. After a day or so of very careful searching, we found a nearly hidden on-off switch. Once we turned it on, well it worked fine!

I had a Dalmatian who just recently passed away. I wanted something to put on her grave. This is perfect. That solar lantern is bright. This little Dalmatian statue sits on my dalmatian's grave and keeps watch at night. It's not that heavy so I was wondering how it would hold up to high winds. Well, we just a few nights ago had sustained winds of 60mph and that little statue did not blow over. The lantern was blowing in the wind but that was it. This appears to be a good quality product.

I would give this 5 stars but it arrived deceased. Well, at least I thought it had died but turns out - THIS IS NOT A LIVE DALMATION! Buyer beware, this is a small statue of a dog with a lamp so do not buy a doggy bed and food dishes like I did. Just thought everyone should know that. On a serious note, it is cute and out in our garden but the light quit working about 2 months after I put it out there.

This statue was an okay price for the money but the solar light didn't work. Rather than returning I just removed it and the screw holding it onto the dalmatian. Not sure it was worth the long wait to get it (came from China).

I recently purchased this lantern and I have to say, it's a great addition to our front garden! It worked the first evening we placed it outside and looks so cute among the plants and bushes. It's surprising how much light the lantern emits! If you love Dalmatians like I do, this is the perfect purchase to add some whimsy to your outdoor garden, walkway or porch!

I'm only giving this three stars because I ordered the Dalmatian and got the German shepherd. It was a gift and I didn't know it was a different breed because the box said Dalmatiannas well. Very cute and luckily my dad still liked it but was very disappointed.

It's a cute piece, it's small but represented accurately in the description. The light has yet to work and actually is not sealed very well and has let water/condensation in. Knowing the light probably would not work but thinking it was cute anyway, I'm satisfied with the purchase.
