Typically 3 scoops of this stuff give you 12 to 14 GM's of protein,combine that with 500ml of milk and you have yourself an excellent slow digesting mass gainer with 27 to 29gms of protein. You can also add 2 table spoon of peanut butter if you really want to up your calorie. Vanilla flavour is really good in comparision to protinex vanilla flavour. As far as the price is concern it is not at all economically feasible for consumer - all thanks to advertisement done by our favourite Khiladi bhaiya Akshay kumar.horlicks used his brand to enter a space where it was already well respected which was unnecessary and drived the price up for product. As rs 270 is most common price for 200gm ,hence 1kg will cost rs 1350 in which you get 300 to 340gm protein out of which 33% is whey . Basically 112.2gm whey in 1kg so called protein supplement.but as per Khiladi bhaiya recommendation we will buy this expensive powder coz of brand . Economically feasible version is skimmed milk powder with 30 to 40gm protein per 100gm. As per research paper they have same effect as whey or caesin ,just make sure carbs on the label should be below 10gm per 100gm. Horlicks -thugs of protein industry

Having lot of vitamin and mineral with protein and also with lot of sugar good for low budget protein otherwise no need to buy it

It might be having some nutritional contents but you wouldn't like to drink it frequently though

It’s not at all what the name claims. You will gain a lot of weight from having this since it’s full of fat’s. Don’t go by the name and read the ingredients.
