Haven’t taken these for long, but I’ve already noticed a big difference. I take one before bed and notice that my morning breath is almost completely nonexistent the following morning. I’ve also noticed it keeps my breath fresher throughout the day.

I have been giving my little daughter oral probiotics for over a month. She has a bit of an issue with cavities in her baby teeth and some infection in her gum. After trying many things that sort of worked, I gave probiotics a chance. The result was phenomenal. The infection is gone and even some tiny cavities she has seem diminished. But I was using another brand with less than half of the amount of CFU (1 million per tablet that needed to be kept in the fridge after opening). Researching around, came across these. Was hesitant due to the higher price point that most people were complaining, but after doing the math, realized this was a much better deal. You get 30 days of 2.5 billion CFU per tablet, which does the same than the competitor does with double the amount of pills yet even less CFU. My daughter loves the taste, which is crucial for a child (if she don’t like the taste...forget about forcing it. Wont work), and is happy to take it every night after brushing her teeth. The vendour was extremely courteous, sent me a message further explaining the product and how to bes use it for maximum effectiveness. Is my understanding that this is the company that actually came up with the product, so makes me happy to know that I’m giving my daughter the best product available. Also, is from New Zealand...cleanest country ever!

I did not notice any difference. My tongue still had a coating, my tonsiliths actually got worse, and my gum did not get any less swollen. The only thing that eventually helped my gums was flossing twice a day. When I get back to the dentist I'll see if there has been any improvements in the carries on my teeth.

After seeing a mention of these probiotics in an article about dental/oral health, I searched for and found these. This probiotic strain (M18) was specifically developed to be benign bacteria and to improve the microbiome in people's mouths. These bacteria do not produce the acids or other substances that promote tooth decay, gum inflammation, and so forth. They actually tend to inhibit the presence of some of the "bad" bacteria. I am cautious about taking pills and trying various things that are touted as improving one's health. So I looked up some of the research studies in medical journals that tested whether or not M18 did what it is supposed to do. Of the several journal articles I found, M18 consistently was found to decrease the occurrence of tooth decay in children and adults. So I bought these and tried them. I've often had some inflammation and bleeding of my gums when having my teeth cleaned and sometimes even just during routine brushing. After using these probiotics my dental hygienist has commented about not finding any blood or gum inflammation at all when cleaning my teeth. So these probiotic tablets are doing what they say they do. Highly recommended.
