This is my go-to in the winter to feel good.Super high dose vitamin content and super effective. I’ve seen that this product helps with the hormones that regulate weight loss. I’m still researching that. I know that this mixes well with my other vitamins.

I bought this the first time as a means of really boosting my Vitamin C. I was only getting the RDA, which isn't much, and even that was bothering my digestion. (I'm on high blood pressure medication, including aspirin therapy, and even the 81 mg. I'm on really makes me acidic.)How I take this product: I open the capsule (carefully, so nothing is spilled) and put some in the small end of the capsule. Then I put it in my water (which is all I drink) and take it with a meal. A capsule lasts me two or more days. Since this type of C is supposed to be more readily absorbed, I feel like I'm getting a lot of it. So much so that if I try to increase the dosage, it does cause me to feel like I'm getting too much acid. (The aspirin thing again.)So the good result is I'm getting more Vitamin C, and the bad result is that as long as I take the aspirin (which will probably be the rest of my life, since it's dangerous to go off of it), I'll have to deal with acid reflux/GERD and be wary of whatever supplements I take. All in all, though some of a good thing is better than nothing.
