Amazing! Works without subscription, unlike Whoop. Same or better quality and features than whoop.

I had this for 24 hours so this is my initial review. Pros ( I am wearing this along with my Apple Watch Ultra 2 to compare results) 1. Heart rate during workout and resting is in line with apple watch 2. Workout detection is good enough, reps count etc ( I started workout manually but it still detected correctly which muscles group I worked out but the type of workouts themself were 50% correct) 3. Sleep tracking: after only 1 night testing duration is almost in line with Apple watch ( it detected 6 monitues more so apple read 7:13 minutes and Amazfit Helio read 7:19 minutes so that is a great result and I am happy with it. Cons (the minus 1 star) 1. Steps count seems to be off 2. On trademil , between running and walking it detected 1.15 KM while I was actually on 1.55 KM but I corrected it manualy 3. Loop is not elastic and a bit hard...not very comfortable so you defiantley need to order another one (whoop 4.0 loop is much better) 4. The sensor area is sticking out a bit so leaves a mark on the skin 5. Not many options available here in UAE for the biceps loop 6. Which muscles I workout out are detected when I start workout manually, automatic detection will detect the workout but not muscles group for some reason. Overall 4 out of 5 so far, the above are minor issues so hopefully it would be fixed in the future.

Got the product damaged not even a proper packing just gave it in a cardboard box and it does not charge when plugged

great device for general fitness tracking but the band is not the most comfortable

This replaces a FitBit. Things I love about this: Battery life is at least 10+ days as promised. It has heart rate broadcasting via bluetooth so I can get onto my bicycle with a head unit, and it's good to go. It will push resting heart rate, sleep, and steps to Intervals dot ICU which is great alternative to the Garmin universe. On the downside, I found it too irritating on my wrist - the circular disc protrudes too much. I don't have faith the hook-and-loop fastener will last too long either, I prefer an elastic style instead. So, I purchased a third party elastic style band and wear it on the upper part of my lower arm. This position may be affecting my sleep tracking as it seems less likely to pick up on times I'm actually awake - sometimes not even catching when I get up at night to use the toilet. Apart from awake time, it generally aligns with the Fitbit sleep tracking.

Been looking for such a device for a long time. Could never stomach the subscription model - so this is refreshing. After the first few weeks, the Helio appears very accurate, and the data is super insightful. I have already changed some daily habits as a result, and I pay more attention to the bio charge. Nice to see the Polar land a new device also. These devices are only going to get better. Looking forward to the arm band being available in Australia soon.

Adapter missing. There's no adapter in the strap without that how can I use it?
