What warranty? Can’t activate.

I love the chair, but trying to activate warranty service has been a quagmire.

Useless after 4 months.

Very comfortable but 4 months after ownership the electrical system to the chair has malfunctioned and so I cannot return the chair to the neutral position, nor does the port to charge your electronics work anymore as well. Even while plugged up and the connections in tact :( for $600+ this is disappointing
