Comfortable and stay in place once you get them on. Unlike prevail bariatric which never stayed in place and we’re uncomfortable.

You say the item is briefs but they are diapers! And can't send them back,!

One pays through the nose for these bariatric sizes. That said, these are the most expensive ones I have ever tried. Too big really for my patient, but fine quality. I prefer the Prevail brand for price, quality, etc. . Maybe these are a better buy somewhere else.

The one thing that is wrong about the description is that this is not a brief. It’s a diaper. I was very disappointed to learn that. The adhesive is not very good. I’m sure the absorbency is awesome as they are very padded. They are very big too by size so I’d say go down one size.

They need a little more absorbency for a 3xl. Comfortable to wear while sleeping.

A great product for someone who is incontinent, especially at night. It holds a lot, but is difficult for just the patient to put on...a second person is needed.
