The book I rented has some damages, just using this review to document the pictures for future reference in case of having issue when returning it.

Nearly cost just as much as the hard copy and you MUST have the kindle book app to read. Generally, not an issue but, if you are like me and want to do some studying at work where you can't use the app on the computer, the inability to download to a thumb drive is a huge inconvenience. That is the only reason it gets 3 stars. Other than that, it is a quality text book.

Great rental book, however — , it is extremely marked up with highlighting and written notes. A few examples attached.

This book is ridiculously overpriced. For over $100 I would expect a heavy hard cover 500 page book, not one this light. But it is a light book with good info for my class, just wish it was closer to $40 which I would consider reasonable.

Since this is required material for my class, I have no option but to use this book. While it may have relevant information, it is a grammatical NIGHTMARE. I can't, in good faith, believe that this was at any point professionally edited.If you are an instructor, I BEG you to find a better resource for your students.

There is something with the print in this book, the size of it, the spacing, or the matte pages, I don’t know.... But after reading for about 20 minutes my eyes go blurry.

I was surprised that for the price I paid, I'm getting a black and white recycled page book. This book looks like it should cost $60. None of the images in the book have color, the pages are a dull off white, and you're reading fine print. This book puts a strain on your eyes.

New condition, sealed packaging which is great, but for some ridiculous reason, the textbook is printed in black and white (not colour). I have the e-text version which is in colour so can do a comparison, and in some cases (see photo example) the colour is significant to the material/context, so not sure why this paperback copy would not be in colour (despite being priced around the same as you would expect a full colour version textbook to be priced)
