Nelson Bach - Spatone purAbsorb Iron 28 pkts

I really like this! Easy to use without the side effects of other iron supplements. Helped considerably with medication induced iron deficient anemia. My only complaint is that I ordered the pur-Absorb Iron, but received the apple flavored pur-Absorb Iron with added Vitamin C. I cannot take vitamin C, therefore was unable to use it. Gave the box of supplements to my daughter.

She is in her mid eighties and takes this brand of iron regularly.so that in itself might be a good recommendation. She is always on the go!

These seem to be helping my mom and her doctor also likes that she is using these.
