After your last coat is dry to a light touch, so base coat, 1st color coat, 2nd color coat, top coat. Let each coat dry to touch, 5-10 minutes per coat. Then use the cuticle oil. Used any sooner and its oils will make the polish slide off.

Hi there Cynthia, great question! The color ‘work for the glow’ has a creamy, opaque finish, its not sheer.
