Purchased for my wife and she loves it. Built quality is good. She has played piano since childhood and we have two in the house. Glad she is enjoying this new instrument since it’s much lighter to move around.

Slightly dissatisfied
Had a bridge for 5 string but was built for 4 strings makes it difficult to change the strings

very easy instrument to learn to play
when I went to change the strings both bridges fell off and had to be glued back on. The nob on the tail that is used for attaching the strap came out. Don't know if it was made that way. I would think that a better quality check should be done
