As expected!
We bought 2 recliners; they look great and are comfortable. Easy to assemble. Be aware of the measurement of the height of the back of the chair. I'm 5 feet tall, so the height of the back of the recliner is fine for me. However, my husband is over 6' tall, so his head rises above the back of the chair and he can't rest his head back. We need to pay better attention to dimensions when we order.....

Excellent quality and sitting support!
Came in one cardboard box, well packaged for protection, better price than other providers due to shipping costs. Easy to assemble, 4 screw on legs and a recliner back which snaps easily in place. Really comfortable due to excellent sitting and back support.
