Q: Are these mostly cotton?

95% cotton. Says in description 95% polyester. Still comfortable. Size small a bit big. I am 100 lbs and 5 foot 5. Will shrink a bit. Fit very well.

Q: Are these the silky or cotton? I really wanna order the black, pink snd grey set but not sure what material they are...

The Black/Flamingo Pink/Miami Pink Octagon are definitely silky with a cotton crotch. I know that some of the other color sets are all cotton, but I can’t tell you with certainty which ones.

Q: is there any way to tell which ones are cotton?

I can tell you from experience that the following are cotton: black/pale pink/ dark gray, plum berry/white/holiday print, and toasted almond/black/light gray. Others may be as well but I can’t tell for sure.
