The meter works fine and doesn't require as large a blood sample to measure as my previous tester, but I don't care for the test strips because (1) they are not individually wrapped, requiring tweezers, to separate and remove a single test strip from the storage cannister, and (2) even though they don't require a large blood sample, if you don't get enough blood on the strip on the first attempt, you can't add additional blood to complete the process, requiring you to discard the strip, and use another test strip. .

I contacted Accu Chek about this meter, since it would not work with the Accu Chek strips I had, and the 800 # on the manual was a number in India, which didn't work. DON'T purchase it! Amazon is aware now, and refunded my money.
