The fragrance is nice to smell not strong at all. I’m not a heavy user when it comes to moisturizing lotions. Yet it absorption is wonderful and stay on your skin not on your clothing. As for value for Magnesium Sleep lotion I love it the price is right for me. I have found it in other stores for the same price. This is my 4th bottle of Magnesium Sleep.Blessings

I am a skeptic with this kind of product, but have had trouble sleeping so thought I'd give it a try. For me, I definitely have had a noticeable increase in my sleep each night I've used the lotion. That being said, like other reviews have mentioned, the lotion burned my legs, felt like stinging, as though there were cuts on my legs. No rash or redness though. I also, as other reviews have mentioned, do not like the scent of the lotion. It is very flowery, which is super unpleasant to me. But I acknowledge that this is a personal preference, not an actual problem. I will tolerate the fragrance as long as the product works, but really hope the manufacturer will make an unscented one for sleep, and that they'll fix whatever is causing the stinging/burning sensation.

I'll give it 3 stars because I didn't have restless legs but it's terrible feeling! You feel sticky like you've had sunscreen on all day and made my legs sweat. It was in the 20s last night so it wasn't hot. Won't be buying this again.

Love love love this. I have been using this product for approximately 2 years and it never disappoints. It relaxes my legs after I've been standing all day. I work in health care and I am on my feet alot. I live in the caribbean and I endorse this product. I am also a menopausal woman that struggle with sleep. This relaxes me and puts me to sleep. I wanted to love this BUT it’s sticky on your skin. It’s not a good feeling. Someone else described it as wearing sunscreen which is accurate. I had to wash it off. Will be returning and the smell isn’t great.

My sister suggested using Magnesium cream to help me sleep, but her brand of choice was too expensive, plus the reviews were not as many as BetterYou Magnesium Sleep Body Lotion. From the first night I've been a huge fan. This really works. I've realized that playing on my phone with the blue light keeps me from getting a good sleep, as does eating sugar before bedtime. So now my routine is putting down the phone at least an hour before bedtime, and enjoying a cup of chamomile tea along with massaging BetterYou Magnesium lotion into my feet. Not only am I sleeping better and longer in the morning, but I think the lovely scent is also working on my husband and my cats. Yep. No more midnight romps across my pillow. I highly recommend.

Seit ich diese Emulsion verwende,habe ich weniger Krämpfe und meine Beine fühlen sich nicht mehr so schwer an,sogar Stiegen steigen fällt mir leichter.

Aucune amélioration notable sur le sommeil. Laisse la peau et les vêtements humides et poisseux. Ma mère, à qui j'ai aussi acheté un flacon pour essayer, souffre de crampes aux jambes la nuit et le produit n'aide pas plus que cela. Très cher pour pas grand chose. Seul point positif: le produit sent très bon (lavande et camomille, relaxant).
