Can you change the size of the moulds?

No you can't change the molds. Also this thing is cheap. Mine fell apart the first time I used it.

The mylar film I was sent is not wrapping around the metal and backing. Could it be that the mylar is not the right size? I ordered the 32mm version.

The mylar received with my machine worked perfectly.

Can this machine be used for fabric and not just paper? Looked and couldn't find anything on this. Any help would be appreciated.

You can try but cut it smaller than the actual button paper a little. I would use thin fabric, not thick.

can i use fabric top with a ribbon hanging from it ? ( like those buttons #1)

Maybe if it’s very thin fabric. It regularly gets stuck with paper so I could definitely see that being a more constant issue with fabric. I would suggest looking at other machines.

Cute project maker for anyone who has kids or needs to make buttons. I've so far used it for 3 different projects while my kids have made everything from badges for their scout troop, to playing with the neighbors. At this point I'll be ordering more button blanks soon. There is no magnet in this kit though not that I was expecting one. The size here seems to be perfect for multiple uses.
