I bought this to use while recovering from surgery. I like to take the natural approach whenever possible so I rely on herbal teas a lot. It isn't as well known as chamomile or oolong, but pine needle tea has a lot of great benefits. It's high in vitamin A which is great for eye health and skin repair. It also contains more vitamin C than lemons which is a big boost for your immune system. This makes it a very good choice for someone recovering from surgery or a long illness. It has a strong scent that fills the room and reminds me of Christmas. I really like the flavor, but it can be a little strong for some people. It has some minty undertones so you can pair it with spearmint leaves to mellow out the flavor or add a little honey. Because it is so strong, I can use the tea bags twice before the flavor starts to be diluted.

This tasted very good. One of my favorite teas. It has great health benefits to drink this tea. As a Native American we have drank tea like this for a long time and it does wonders. It being in bags it helps to make it easy to take on the go and be mess free. I didn't notice any benefits in regards to pain level. But everyone is different.

I've tried the white pine and since I was unsuccessful this past summer harvesting my mullein I gave this a try. As soon as open I knew the smell and tincture was spot on. Unlike with the white pine needle tea I did not cut bag and left in original bag because mullein is much more of a powered substance when dried. With a teaspoon of honey it's very tasty
