The Yerba fiber mixes well, and works well. I take it when I won't be working out the following day. Depending on my diet, I can't always time the "process" properly.However, the orange flavor tastes bad. Plain is much better.If you can tolerate the taste, it is otherwise a good product.

Have you ever used Go-jo hand cleaner/scrub? It's a waterless degreaser good for cleaning your hands after working the the garage. It's got orange oil in it and smells nice...FOR HAND CLEANER.This stuff tastes gross, I100% prefer just mixing psyllium into plain water, which is the only way I'm going to be able to finish this bottle, super diluted. But no returns.(Obvs) I do not recommend, not worth the triple price increase for the 'flavored' version.

I've been happy with his fiber. It's not as sweet-tasting as some of the other fiber supplements on the market, but you get used to it. The biggest reason I purchased this fiber was because it has both soluble and insoluble fiber in it. My one complaint is that it is sort of high in calories, 50 calories/serving, as opposed to 25 calories/serving for my other fiber supplement of choice, Citrucel sugar-free orange flavor.

This is a fantastic product!! The genius is that it actually mimics normal regularity by blending both soluble & insoluble natural fiber NOT like Metamucil which gives users a laxative effect. Can be mixed with a little juice or taken with just water having not necessarily an orange, but more tropical flavor that is not unpleasant. This product is a staple for great digestive health.

I LIKE THAT IT'S GENTLE AND IS EASY TO GET DOWN. I ALSO LIKE THAT THEY USE STEVIA TO SWEETEN.

I love it. I was looking for something that worked as well and tasted as good as Metamucil orange, but without the aspartame and coloring. The taste is not terrible (not as good metamucil orange), but I mix mine with about 1 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1 heaping Tablespoon of fiber. And it tastes delicious every morning! I feel full, have regular good consistency BM's daily. This will be my new go-to fiber.

I don't like the taste. I need to have it in a smoothie. Other than that, it is a fine product.
