Perfect for Maintaining a Pristine Lawn!
I couldn’t be happier with this JAGROM Electric String Trimmer! The 20V power and 12-inch cutting width make it super easy to tackle both my lawn and edges with minimal effort. The fact that it comes with two 2.0Ah batteries is very helpful in finishing the job. The trimmer is lightweight and easy to handle, which is a big plus since I have a few tight spots to maneuver around. It cuts through grass effortlessly and makes trimming the edges look professional. The 8 extra spool lines were a nice touch, so I’m all set for a while. Set up was a breeze, and the charger works quickly, so I can get back to work in no time. Overall, it’s a great value for the price and does exactly what I need without the hassle of gas or cords. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for an efficient, cordless lawn tool!

Powerful, Convenient, and Worth Every Penny!
I am extremely impressed with this 21V cordless string trimmer! It’s lightweight, easy to assemble, and the two 3.0Ah batteries provide more than enough power to get through my entire yard in one go. I love the 2-in-1 feature—it switches seamlessly between trimmer and edger, which makes lawn care so much easier and more efficient. The cutting power is strong, and the 12-inch cutting width covers a lot of ground quickly. The included 8 spool lines are a great bonus, so I didn’t have to worry about buying extras right away. Plus, the adjustable handle and shaft make it comfortable to use, even for longer sessions. This trimmer has made yard work faster and much more enjoyable. If you're looking for a reliable, battery-powered weed eater that delivers excellent results without the hassle of cords or gas, this is a fantastic choice!

Good value at this point since it is brand new
Just took this for a little test run, wasn't really expecting much with it being battery operated and under $60. I've worked as a grounds keeper at a large cemetery and owned 40 acres of land in the country, so I have used a lot of different gas powered string trimmers some really good and others not so much. I don't know how many hundreds of hours I've spent weedeating. But for a good percentage of what I have done, having a lightweight unit like this one sure would have made the job easier. If you are looking for something to cut through really thick grass and weeds fast, this isn't it. It will do it but not fast. If you want lightweight, fairly fast charging, and pretty light duty work,it's a good value. As far as longevity goes, thats to be determined, if it lasts a few years I will be perfectly happy with it especially when I dont have to fight it to get started every single time like gas powered.

Falls apart, poorly designed, risky to use
Extremely poorly designed and put together. Terrible, obtuse, convoluted and mismatching instructions. There is no automatic spool feeder. Went thru instructions, searched online, it doesn't work at all. So have fun spending a few minutes using until you need to turn it off, disconnect battery, and trying to get it out manually. Wash, rinse, repeat....if you even get that far. It's not "foldable" by any expected, common-sense means. Rather, its like a tent with foldable sitcks you have to fit into sockets, but imagine those sockets require a bunch of screws. And the "socket" is more of a shallow plastic clamp only to close both poles on each end to try and hold them into place....yeah...see where im going with this?... ...the clamp is a poor design choice. The poles dont lock with each other either, so all you have is a cheap bendy clamp with two screw holes at the top. The poles constantly pop back out when trying together and shallow screws pop and roll everywhere (now I know why it came with pouch of extra ones). You need two people to put it together, otherwise prepare for a frustrating time. But wait - there's more! The clamps dont fully close tight enough to hold the poles together, no matter how tight the scews. During use, the top part popped out. Also, what a concerning idea for the electrical wire to be the only thing holding the thing together when in "foldable" form and spending all that time trying to put it together with it popping out and swinging around everywhere??? I can only imagine the stress and wear all that weight puts on the contacts and question the durability of the contraption. Yeah, so it popped out during use. I inspected and found thee clamp failed. Also, another clamp for the bottom section had cime partially undone. That would have been real bad if the lower pole would have popped out during use and swung toward me shredding my ankles. I tried to put it back together but it was a frustrating effort, gave up for now. I dont recommend this due to its aweful design and poor craftmanship. At best, one would have to weld the poles together or use lots of really strong tape or other creative un-ideal alternative. But that wouldnt solve the problem of the spool not feeding out more wire. When it did worl, for just a few minutes, it was nice, but seems I'll just have to go back to my corded one. What a shame. OH and it came with a big insert with the instructions begging not to return it. Hahahah, "What? Is it that bad?" was my initial thought. But after my experience with it? "Yup!" 1 star because using a cheap plastic clamp to compress around two poles an object with heavy, spinning motorized shredding device at the end, ultimately dangling by its electrical wire like a ball and chain, is poorly thought out and risky to the user. Couldnt they have just drilled some holes in it to screw in and have a backup like having them snap together?

I love it, but it's not the best.
Even with a 3 star rating, I love this little wee wacker. I'm unable to operate gas powered weed wackers because they are so heavy and the vibrations really hurt my hands, making it nearly impossibleto keep up on the yard. I gave this 3 stars because yes, it does "fall apart" frequently while using it, as shown in the photos. It doesn't matter how tight we tighten the screws. Also the battery dies pretty fast. The reason I love it is because at $70 something, it's budget friendly. Since I just coughed up a few grand to replace my riding mower, I needed budget friendly. Also it's so freaking light I was walking around my 1 acre holding it with one hand, easily, and I was able to clean up areas I haven't touched in years. I only posted after photos because I didn't even think about taking before photos 🤦🏻♀️ It came with 2 batteries, unfortunately, when you plug the dead one in and switch to the full battery, by time the full one dies, the other battery's not fully charged yet. Something to think about. I'm keeping it though! *I only recommend this if your standards are as low as your budget, like me. If you can afford more then definitely splurge on a different machine.*
