Fixed Restorative Techniques (Dental Laboratory Technology Manuals)
J**O
Old school yet GOOD
This is a very good book for someone who STARTS in dental technology. It describes in detail how to fabricate appliances (crown and bridges), including how to make models and dies, bite blocks, or special trays. It has pictures for each step (in gray scale though).I would say this book is rather for students than for profesionals. It is full of traditional methods, important to understand basics at this trade and included in each course programme. Together with this book I bought 'Fundamentals of fixed prosthodontics' 3rd ed. Quintessence, which is more advanced.
