By far the best cocoa on the market and it makes a delicious hot chocolate. We have been a customer of Silly Cow for several years and love their products. Once you taste their cocoa you will not be satisfied with any other brand. We had a damaged product in shipment and contacted customer service. Their customer service is responsive and replaced our damaged product immediately. Thank you, Silly Cow!

Let me begin by saying that I LOVE Silly Cow, I have no complaints against them (hence the 5-star review).I do have a problem with "Matek Street", the seller/shipper. The wrong flavor was shipped. Chocolate Chocolate is the only flavor my daughter can drink as she has allergies.Plus 1 of the 3 bottles sent was broken. There was sufficient bubble wrap taped around the 3 bottles, wrapped together, but nothing between the 3 bottles. The addition of a piece of bubble wrap between each of the bottles would have probably been enough to keep any from breaking.Amazon is shipping a replacement, due to the wrong item being shipped (THANK YOU AMAZON), but would have refused replacement if the item(s) were merely broken (NOT GOOD AMAZON).
