Pretty rug. Not functional!
The rug itself is beautiful! The colors are lovely, and it feels good to walk on. However, the rug is not durable. I don't know of any of the hand-hooked rugs that stand the test of time. They become snagged, and eventually look like trash. If you have pets I wouldn't recommend this type of rug at all since it has a tendency to snag. When you vacuum it, it becomes fuzzy and unattractive.

This is a beautiful rug that several people have complimented. The colors are gorgeous, especially if you like yellow and orange. I wish I had noticed that it is not wool, though, as I don't like synthetic rugs.

Ridiculously Long Drying Time
It's a beautiful rug, but it is NOT a great outdoor rug! I put this and the 5x8 out on my new wood deck. After a rainfall, the rugs took 5 days to dry... meaning I had to pull them off, flip them and dry in the grass and then in our garage when it rained 3 days later. Very frustrating to have this marketed as a four season rug, but the drying time be ridiculously long. I guess we'll be storing them and only putting out when company comes over which is doubly frustrating for rugs that cost over $500.

however I'm in love with my new rug
I was nervous to order a rug online, however I'm in love with my new rug! The colors are exactly what was shown and it looks even better in person. The material is soft and very comfortable to walk on. Very happy with the money spent on the awesome rug!

Since I have order several Safavieh rug and have always been happy with them this surprised me
The weaving fell out immediately, at first I tried to trim the loose ends, but new thread kept falling out. I was using in a guest room to hide a spot, and was unable to get a new carpet soon enough to replace it and missed the return period. Since I have order several Safavieh rug and have always been happy with them this surprised me. Because its been less then a month I am requesting a refund. Karen Saul 208-462-5473
