Trek Support Gel Insole Men, Size 8-13, 2 Pairs

These will be great if you are just looking for a basic, "gel-ly" type of insole...they have no support at all, but I will say that they provide some softness & are definitely more comfortable than not having an insole at all. These are huge, btw, so anticipate having to cut them down.

I bought these to replace the insoles that came in a pair of boots supplied by my employer. I would not have been able to wear the boots without changing the insoles because they were so uncomfortable to walk in. The Trek Support Gel insoles transformed the boots into a very comfortable and therefore useful pair of boots.

They don't stay in your shoe wWhen I remove my shoes the gel sole flies out every time and they are not that easy to get back in. Super flimsy and hard to cut exactly to size. would not purchase again

these are great for the price so I do rate them a buy

When it comes to insoles, everyone in my family has different requirements and needs, but all of us use them. This pack was used for walking shoes which were missing the insoles. Let's see how they performed.WHAT ARE THESE INSOLES LIKE?These insoles have a gel padding in them, a slight arch support, and a flocked cover that you put your foot on. They are not thick or stiff, but they are very flexible and thin, especially around the edges. They are easy to cut down to fit.HOW DO THESE PERFORM?These are a challenge to put into the shoe, but once in there, they offer impact support, but are not overly helpful when it comes to arch support. These tend to be on the flatter side. The foot does stay in place fairly well. There is decent bounce when you are on your feet for long periods, you don't get as tired as you would without them. For a walking shoe, they are very comfortable and do help a lot.ANY DRAWBACKS?The only drawback we had with this insole was when the shoes are thrown around, the insole has a tendency to work its way out more quickly than others we have used. It is not a deal breaker but can get annoying for shoes that are always being thrown from here to there.THE BOTTOM LINEIf you don't need a lot of arch support, these insoles are really helpful for long periods on your feet. They are thin, easy to trim, and offer good impact support for walking or standing.MY RATINGFive stars for these.
