Really good way to get the vitamin iron in your diet without taking a multivitamin!
I don’t take multivitamin tablets and I know that I don’t get enough iron, so when I saw these, I just had to try them. They are iron fish or cast-iron material fish. That you put in with your food when you’re cooking it so that iron gets in your food. I thought what a great idea! And I do like to cook and how easy it would be to put them in a cup of soup or tea or anything to get some iron. You could also put them in your pan when you’re doing a stirfry or anything on the stove. Now since I’ve got them, I’ve read the booklet you have to clean them first by boiling them in water with a little bit of lemon juice and then they’re ready to go. They are larger than I expected, I would say double the size than I expected. It almost feels like each one is about 2 pounds but that’s probably not the case. They’re probably really more like a pound each. This is an easy way for me to get iron as when I take a multivitamin that has iron in it. It’s too much for me and can cause dry heaving in a few minutes from what the doctor tells me when your body gets too much iron at one time. So I avoid taking multivitamins with iron in themOn the fish, they have the markings for the mineral iron, which is FE and then on the other side, it actually is written out iron. They actually are really cute and could hang on a chain right on your kitchen wall or something. They’re also a heavy enough weight that you could use them for something else. Anyway, a good idea for people that aren’t getting enough iron to add it into your food that you’re cooking, I think I’ve never seen anything like this before and I would highly recommend it for people that maybe aren’t taking multivitamins and getting enough iron for your blood. I give them an A+ just because it’s such a great idea and they are really cute fish :-). They come with an instruction booklet and suggestions.

Great way to add iron to your diet! I recommend
Great quality and very heavy. I use it every chance I get because I have anemia I like that i can add it to anything I'm cooking for me and my family. I really appreciate that doesn't seem to bother my stomach. I can't rely on just this ( there isn't a way for me to tell how much iron you get as with medicine ) but it's a great way to add it! I'd recommend. I'll update if anything changes.

As a person with anemia this was a great culinary addition. I don't often remember to take nor like to take my iron supplement but I do like to cook. After a few times of adding this product in my cooking regimen I find that not only is it easy to use but is actually giving me very much needed iron without being dependent on supplements that may not disperse well. No adverse taste
These are heavy and when added to food they do not leave any adverse taste. I don’t know if they are actually adding iron to my diet but they don’t have adverse taste or effects that I can tell so it is worth a try.

Convenient way to get natural iron in your diet
These items are nice looking and super sturdy- should last a lifetime. There is a hole to connect a chain but no chain included, would have been nice to have a food-safe chain you could pull them out by. Also concerned this will scratch cookware but so far it's been fine. Love using these when I can't use my cast iron cookware.

Easy to cook with
Really cute and functional, my favorite mix! They can easily be attached to a small chain and hung into a pot of water like a metal tea bag. A little citrus and 10 minutes later you have a fortified stew water.These also look really nice storing them on a wall hook in the kitchen. With how small they are, they add a nice touch of decor.
